Wir stellen ein: Business Development Manager, USA (m/w/d) in Vollzeit Mit Ihrem fundierten technischen Wissen, Ihrer ausgeprägten Kommunikationsstärke und Ihrem lösungsorientierten Denken tragen Sie maßgeblich zum Wachstum unseres Unternehmens auf dem US‑Markt bei. Am Standort Raleigh übernehmen Sie von Anfang an strategische Verantwortung und profitieren gleichzeitig von einem langfristigen Entwicklungsprogramm, das Ihre persönliche und berufliche Weiterentwicklung gezielt fördert. Ihre Aufgabe: Verantwortung für den Vertrieb unseres vielfältigen und innovativen Sensor-Portfolios Analyse von Markt-, Technologie- und Wettbewerbstrends zur Ableitung strategischer Maßnahmen Entwicklung und Umsetzung der langfristigen Geschäftsentwicklung in den USA in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung Key‑Account‑Betreuung: verantwortliche Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Kundenkontakten, Vertragsverhandlungen, Kundenfeedback Projektleitung und -koordination inkl. Zeit‑, Kosten‑ und Qualitätscontrolling und Reporting an die Geschäftsführung Ihr Profil: Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z.B. Bachelor Ingenieurwesen, Techniker) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation und betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse (Weiterbildung, MBA, oder vergleichbar) Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Projektarbeit und im internationalen technischen Vertrieb, idealerweise im US-Markt Deutsch und Englisch fließend (C1‑C2) Reisebereitschaft und interkulturelle Kompetenz Hohe Motivation, selbständige Arbeitsweise, Organisationsfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung Benefits In einer gezielten Einarbeitung in unserem Vertriebs‑ und Applikationsteam erwerben Sie fundiertes Fachwissen zu unseren Sensorprodukten sowie deren Anwendungsbereichen.
