We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Manager to support our Sales Team. This is a full-time hybrid position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants hands-on exposure to every stage of the loan process. In addition, this role will have a strategic focus on driving growth in Raleigh, NC market. Position Summary The Business Development Manager bridges real-world investing experience with lending strategy. This role supports borrower acquisition, deal quality improvement, investor education, and strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is an experienced real estate investor with a strong track record in fix-and-flip or rental projects. This position blends relationship management with sales strategy, focusing on sourcing and closing deals that align with the company’s fast, flexible, and reliable lending model. Borrower Acquisition & Vetting Attract experienced investors to the platform Pre-screen deals before underwriting Develop and expand new borrower relationships in Raleigh, Cary, Durham, NC. Represent Rehab Wallet at local real estate, lending, and investor events to build brand awareness. Provide leadership team with insights on market trends, borrower needs, and competitive activity in North Carolina.
