Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques, to deliver tailored individual therapy sessions.

• Set therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress to ensure they are moving towards their personal wellness objectives.

• Offer teletherapy options, adapting to clients’ preferences and accessibility challenges, while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and ethics.

• Document treatment notes and client interactions accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities and training to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD) to practice independent mental health therapy.
