Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your counseling expertise will focus primarily on low-acuity adult clients who may present with a variety of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and life transitions. The goal is to build therapeutic relationships that empower individuals to develop effective coping mechanisms and life skills. By working with these clients, you will play a crucial role in helping them identify and address their challenges, ultimately improving their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold one of the following licenses to practice independently without supervision: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted, and applicants should not have any prior disciplinary actions on their professional record.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in outpatient therapy and familiarity with telehealth platforms will be valued. Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this full-time position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a generous sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposit, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors.
