Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing you to engage with clients through our telehealth platform. Our flexible work structure means that while the standard work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, you may have the opportunity to adjust your hours to meet patient needs. Our telehealth setup is equipped with state-of-the-art technology to facilitate enriching and effective therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally informed mental health assessments that reflect the unique experiences of each patient, leading to tailored treatment plans.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their journey toward recovery.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation consistent with legal and ethical standards in mental health care delivery.

• Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and cultural competency trainings to continuously enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population, focusing on individuals from various ethnic backgrounds and underserved communities. This includes working with clients who identify as LGBTQ+, immigrants, refugees, and those experiencing systemic barriers to mental health care. Your cultural competence will enable you to tailor your approach, making therapy more relatable and effective for each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment strategies relevant to diverse populations.

• Experience in providing individual and group therapy using culturally responsive methodologies.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, with the ability to remain composed in urgent situations.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure accurate documentation of patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
