This position is offered in a fully remote setting, allowing flexibility and convenience in your work schedule. Although the majority of work can be done remotely, you may occasionally engage in team meetings or case consultations via video conferencing platforms to discuss patient progress and share insights with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify the psychological needs of clients, crafting individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other innovative techniques, to deliver effective treatment interventions.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
\n
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings, actively contributing to discussions that enhance treatment effectiveness and client outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources to ensure they feel empowered and supported in their journey.

• Stay informed about the latest research, trends, and best practices in the mental health field to continually improve the quality of care we provide.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our center serves a diverse clientele, including individuals facing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will be instrumental in providing support to clients from various backgrounds, ensuring that each person receives tailored interventions that address their unique needs and circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to apply solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and tailor approaches to the individual needs of clients.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse populations.
\n
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of addressing complex client situations effectively.

• A collaborative team player, enthusiastic about contributing to a supportive environment that values each member’s input.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a behavioral health or mental health setting is preferred but not mandatory.

• Knowledge of and experience using telehealth platforms and technology to provide remote therapy.
