This senior role is pivotal in bridging the gap between decentralized finance and mainstream financial institutions, with a key emphasis on scaling adoption and positioning the project as a foundational layer in the future of global finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy, business development, expanding stablecoin utility through DeFi integrations, and leading a team to ensure partner success and identify growth opportunities. Applicants for the Head of Fintech Partnerships role at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial strategy within the fintech, blockchain, or financial services sectors.
