System One is hiring for a dental office in Glenpool, OK! This is a great short-term opportunity for an experienced dental front office professional who enjoys working with patients and keeping the day-to-day office running smoothly.

Position Details

• Location: Glenpool, OK
• Pay: $20–$25/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
• Duration: Approximately 6 weeks
• Schedule Flexibility: The office can be flexible with start/end times
• Dental experience is REQUIRED

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner
• Answer phones and help with patient questions
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Handle patient check-in/check-out
• Verify insurance and assist with basic billing/payment questions
• Maintain patient records and complete administrative tasks
• Support the dental team with daily front-office needs

• Previous dental office experience required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a busy dental office
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Professional and personable with patients
