Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and create effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring that each client receives care tailored to their specific circumstances.

• Provide crisis intervention support to clients facing acute emotional distress, utilizing your training to stabilize situations and connect clients to necessary resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records that include treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to strict ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients across their treatment journeys.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and available treatment options, while advocating effectively for their rights and needs.

Qualifications\n

• Active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.

• Demonstrable clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a solid understanding of therapeutic methodologies.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience providing mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
