Director of Customer Success

Leading a remote team, the full-time Director of Customer Success will manage Customer Success Managers, oversee advertiser portfolio health and retention, and maintain relationships with media partners in a fast-growing startup environment. Key responsibilities Lead and develop the Customer Success team, setting performance expectations and conducting weekly market reviews Maintain institutional relationships with media partner leadership, resolving escalations and owning quarterly business reviews Own retention rates and revenue accountability across partner markets, defining benchmarks and reporting to senior leadership Required qualifications 8+ years in customer success, account management, or media partnership roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position Experience with channel or co-sell models, managing customer success through third-party seller relationships Strong understanding of campaign performance data and the ability to communicate insights to diverse audiences Proven track record of achieving retention and expansion targets in a performance-oriented environment Experience engaging with senior partner stakeholders in quarterly business review settings
