Rapid Growth Physical Therapy is actively seeking a highly motivated and licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team. Work Environment

This position is an onsite role within our fully equipped Rehabilitation Center situated in the heart of Lakewood. The facility is designed to promote healing and recovery, offering a variety of rehabilitation services. You will enjoy a flexible 40-hour workweek and anticipate occasional weekend shifts as part of our commitment to patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physical strength, coordination, and mobility, resulting in individualized treatment plans.
• Consult with healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, influencing the continuum of rehabilitation services.
• Adhere strictly to customer service standards while engaging with patients of all ages and cultural backgrounds.
• Develop, implement, and revise treatment protocols based on ongoing evaluations and patient feedback, ensuring effective use of evidence-based practices.
• Document all evaluations, treatments, and discharge plans, maintaining compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members, patients, and their families throughout the treatment process.
• Participate actively in community outreach programs and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives, marketing strategies, and leadership development.
• Engage in professional development through self-study and attendance at continuing education programs to enhance your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A current state license in Physical Therapy is mandatory.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

• Proficiency in word processing and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
