Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient conditions through comprehensive physical examinations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Design and implement individualized therapeutic programs based on clinical evidence and patient needs, addressing conditions such as orthopedic, neurological, and sports-related injuries.
• Utilize a variety of physical therapy modalities and techniques to enhance patient recovery and rehabilitation.
• Provide one-on-one patient consultation, education, and training, ensuring that patients and their caregivers are fully informed about their treatment plans.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment protocols, and progress in detail, adhering to regulatory and organizational standards.

• Achieve minimum utilization goals and contribute meaningfully to the overall effectiveness of the rehabilitation team.

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey is mandatory.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of relevant experience as a Physical Therapist is required, ideally within an outpatient rehabilitation setting. Compensation and Benefits

Oakbend Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
