Work Environment

You will work in an onsite Rehabilitation Center that is fully equipped with the latest therapeutic technologies and tools to facilitate optimal treatment outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients referred by physicians to develop individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs and goals.
• Implement treatment protocols across various specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service, ensuring a compassionate and responsive experience for each patient.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to maximize patient outcomes through evidence-based care and shared expertise.
• Administer purposeful and skilled therapeutic interventions in accordance with the physician's treatment plan.
• Consult, educate, and empower patients and their caregivers in understanding their conditions and the rehabilitation process.
• Meet utilization goals and contribute to the financial health of the organization through effective care management.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will involve addressing a diverse range of patient needs. You will work with patients recovering from surgeries, managing chronic pain, or benefiting from physical therapy due to sports injuries. Each patient will present unique challenges, enabling you to apply and expand your clinical skills in real-world scenarios, ensuring personalized care that leads to substantive improvements in their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy for New Jersey.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification, recognized by the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on building rapport with patients and their families.
• Proficient in word processing and basic computer skills for documentation and treatment planning.

Compensation and Benefits
