Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants during treatment sessions, ensuring compliance with therapeutic protocols and helping to refine their skills.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans based on observations, notes, and ongoing assessments.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, mobility aids, and self-management strategies to promote recovery outside of clinical settings.
• Document and maintain accurate clinical records, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in case conferences, sharing insights and adjusting care plans for optimal patient outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest practices in orthopedic physical therapy.
