Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ emotional, social, and psychological needs to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic interventions employing best practices in solution-focused therapy aimed at alleviating trauma, anxiety, and depression.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential records of client interactions and treatment progress using our state-of-the-art electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including medical professionals, nurses, and family members, to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

• Engage in continuous education and professional development to stay abreast of the latest research and therapeutic techniques in clinical social work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus on a diverse clientele who are navigating challenging life transitions, particularly those in hospice care. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
