Assistant Manager, Key Accounts

What You’ll Be Working On Wholesale Account Leadership and Relationship-Building Partner with Director in management of key account business for Sol de Janeiro and build strong, collaborative relationship with retailer teams and internal cross‑functional partners. Sales Reporting and Analysis Partner with Director on weekly sales reporting and communication, identifying opportunities, amplifying successes, tracking rankings, providing key highlights, etc. Collect, aggregate, and synthesize retailer reporting and consumer data to outline opportunity. Core and Launch Strategic Assortment Support Create and update launch and assortment templates and trackers. Own omni assortment set‑up with retailer including SKU attribution and updates, online page set‑up, pricing set‑up and changes, samples, planogram schematics, logistic information, etc. Own execution of brand activations at retailer. In partnership with marketing team and Director, develop and manage sampling and GWP assortment for retailer. Support Director, visual merchandising, marketing, and retailer teams to execute in‑store visual merchandising deliverables including design, planograms, timelines, and corresponding inventory planning and support. Must Haves: Bachelor’s degree required minimum. 3+ years in Sales/Account Management, Category Management or Retail Management. Ability to go into our NYC office as needed. Experience working in beauty industry is preferred. PC Proficiency (Microsoft Suite); Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required. Ability to work with data from multiple sources and interpret the data to provide actionable conclusions. Strong analytical ability; attention to detail and organizational/time management skills. Ability to balance priorities across multiple internal and external stakeholders. Desire to work in a strong team environment. Well‑developed interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to learn new systems quickly and leverage systems and information to influence others. Salary Range $75,000 - $85,000 USD Competitive salary and bonus program for full‑time team members.
