Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, developing meaningful rapport and effective working relationships in alignment with professional ethics.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to track their progress, address stability, and plan future appointments, including timely discharges when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and supervise person-centered treatment programs tailored to the individual needs and goals of clients.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation for each client, including progress notes and treatment plans that reflect changes over time.
\n
• Perform intake evaluations to accurately assess the needs and concerns of new clients.
\n
• Hold a predetermined number of individual therapy sessions each week, ensuring consistency in care and client support.

• Engage in one-on-one supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and professional development.

• Encourage collaboration with other healthcare providers to facilitate holistic client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes a diverse range of individuals and families seeking support for various mental health challenges. As an LPC at Mind and Body Connect, you will work with clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues, among others. Your expertise will be crucial in helping them navigate their mental health journeys and achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
\n
• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in Pennsylvania.
\n
• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.
\n
• Proficiency in computer use, particularly with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, and platforms such as Outlook and PIMSY.
\n
• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, helping them address various mental health concerns.
\n
• Comfort completing comprehensive intake assessments as part of the client onboarding process.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, structured under a Fee-for-Service model with guaranteed rates, allowing clinicians to be paid ahead of collections.
