Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will hold a caseload of clients and have the following responsibilities:

• Establish and nurture positive, trusting relationships with your clients while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining appropriate boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to evaluate their progress, discuss stability, set upcoming appointments, and facilitate discharges when suitable.

• Develop, implement, and monitor tailored person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with your clients, ensuring they are integral to their treatment journey.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates for each client in compliance with organizational policies.

• Perform intake assessments, identifying client needs and formulating initial treatment plans to facilitate effective interventions.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, typically managing multiple sessions each week to address various client concerns effectively.

• Engage in individual supervision to ensure continuous professional development and support.
\n
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate and enhance client care.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you will need:
