Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients exhibiting symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, both in individual and group settings.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to each client, ensuring seamless coordination with family members and healthcare providers.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to offer brief, focused preventive and recovery services.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, providing immediate support to clients in moments of acute distress.

• Maintain an active caseload, including conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
\n
• Monitor client progress regularly, ensuring that therapeutic interventions are aligned with their expressed needs and treatment goals.

• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies, maintaining the highest level of professional conduct.

• Contribute to team initiatives aimed at service delivery improvement and quality enhancement through active participation in committee meetings.

• Prepare and submit timely client reports and documentation, adhering to organizational and regulatory standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
