Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, providing you with the flexibility to create a work-life balance that suits your needs. While working from home, you will have access to state-of-the-art telehealth tools that facilitate smooth, effective client interactions. Your schedule will typically consist of Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for consistent availability for both you and your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that are evidence-based and prioritize individual goals.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities suited to the client’s unique circumstances, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Utilize electronic health record systems to maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to create integrated care solutions for clients, participating in case consultations and treatment team meetings as necessary.

• Provide crisis intervention and support when needed, ensuring clients have access to immediate assistance in challenging situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed mental health therapist at Full Circle Recovery Clinic, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your approach will be tailored to each client’s background, preferences, and therapeutic needs, fostering a safe environment for healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active California license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Strong understanding of telehealth platforms and a willingness to learn new technologies as necessary.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling in a clinical or telehealth setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
