Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, tailoring treatment plans to meet individual needs.
• Implement and monitor effective rehabilitation strategies across various specialties, including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine.
• Provide direct, hands-on therapeutic care in our outpatient setting, using evidence-based methodologies for optimal outcomes.
• Educate and empower patients and their caregivers, offering guidance and support to promote understanding of therapy processes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, physicians, and nursing staff, to enhance patient outcomes.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and empathy, fostering positive relationships with patients and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.
