Work Environment\n

This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to provide care from the comfort of your own home or preferred location while maintaining an outgoing connection with our supportive team. You will have the autonomy to manage your schedule and client interactions, complemented by structured support from our outpatient office team.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to determine mental health diagnoses, formulate and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Document each client interaction accurately in adherence to company policies, including ongoing treatment plan reviews and clinical case notes.
\n
• Manage a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, ensuring timely and effective delivery of therapeutic services.
\n
• Provide exceptional customer service while collaborating with a dynamic team focused on bridging gaps in community mental health services.
\n
• Utilize innovative and creative interventions to empower clients, helping them set and achieve their therapeutic goals.
\n
• Coordinate care and services with other professionals including case managers, families, and educational staff to ensure holistic support for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong familiarity with family therapy methodologies and community resources is essential.

• Proven experience in developing clinical documentation including diagnoses, treatment plans, and case notes.
\n
• Experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
\n
• Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries and establish a therapeutic rapport with clients.

• Competence in working with a diverse client base and sensitivity to cultural differences.
\n
• Successful completion of a background check is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a similar therapeutic environment, ideally within an outpatient setting.

• Comfort with fee collection processes and client payment relationships.

• Experience in using electronic health records (EHR) for documentation and billing purposes.
