Executive Assistant

ISI Consulting is seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented Part-Time Executive Assistant to support the President of our growing consulting firm specializing inmeeting facilitation and organizational development. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable shifting between administrative support, client project preparation, report development, research, and communications. Because we are a small consulting firm, no two days look exactly the same. The ideal candidate is someone who can anticipate needs, take initiative, and pivot quickly as priorities change. Schedule: Monday–Thursday, approximately 4 hours per day Compensation: $22.00 per hour Key Responsibilities Prepare materials for client meetings, retreats, trainings, and facilitated sessions, including presentations, worksheets, agendas, and other client-facing documents Draft, edit, proofread, and format meeting minutes, summaries, reports, and other project deliverables Organize handwritten notes and meeting information into clear, professional documents Conduct research and assist with developing customized training, workshop, and consulting materials Coordinate meeting logistics, pack materials for off-site engagements, and provide project preparation support Assist with social media, newsletter development, and other administrative or communications needs as they arise What We’re Looking For Highly organized with strong attention to detail A strong writer and communicator Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Able to work independently, take direction, and collaborate effectively Proactive and willing to jump in where needed Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required. Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, and SurveyMonkey is strongly preferred.
