Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized psychotherapy and mental health interventions to patients experiencing a spectrum of conditions, such as anxiety disorders, major depressive disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that evaluate patients’ emotional, social, and behavioral functioning to form a solid foundation for treatment planning.

• Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient, ensuring cultural competence and alignment with best practices.

• Collaborate effectively with a team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care doctors, to coordinate and optimize patient care.

• Regularly monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment methodologies as needed based on clinical feedback and patient outcomes.

• Provide educational resources and emotional support to patients and their families, equipping them with valuable information regarding mental health treatment and community resources.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
