Company Profile: Our client is a global leader specializing in connected automated access, smart building environments, and property security tech. They are seeking a Channel Director to focus specifically on Multifamily and Property Management Channel. Operating on a hybrid schedule in the Greater Chicago, IL area, this organization offers a highly cooperative culture, a comprehensive benefits package, and aggressive performance-based short-term incentives. Job Description Architect Ecosystem Strategies: Lead the development and deployment of commercial roadmaps tailored for multifamily platforms, converting broad corporate objectives into targeted business growth models alongside dealers, distributors, and strategic property allies. Refine Customer Value Propositions: Shape audience-specific personas and enablement toolkits; authoring instructional guides, technical assets, and marketing collateral designed to accelerate partner onboarding and deployment efficiency. Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the chief strategic nexus bridging product management, marketing, and sales operations to build structured market-entry briefs, launch campaigns, and dynamic portfolio bundles. Requirements 7+ years of experience across Go-To-Market strategy, product marketing, or channel management within high-impact B2B or B2B2C business landscapes 5+ years experience within property technology (PropTech), multi-tenant/multifamily real estate platforms, SaaS environments, or connected building networks Must thrive as an individual contributor with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality and ability to work within a complex corporate environment; this is a hands-on delivery role, not a management position.
