Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to effectively identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources that will influence treatment outcomes.

• Provide a range of therapeutic services, including individualized therapy, couples, family sessions, and group therapy, utilizing methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals tailored to each client's objectives.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive client care.

• Lead crisis interventions and risk assessments when necessary, ensuring clients’ safety and well-being.

• Document clinical notes and treatment records meticulously to adhere to the ethical and legal standards of practice.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups to provide additional resources and coping strategies to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a heterogeneous client base, including individuals, families, and couples grappling with various emotional and psychological issues. This includes providing support to individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and relational problems. The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, with performance-based bonuses.
