⭐ What You’ll Do

• Assemble metal components into finished products using hand and power tools
• Follow clear work instructions or blueprints to ensure accuracy and quality
• Maintain a consistent production pace (about one assembly every 2.5 minutes)
• Lift and handle assemblies weighing 30–35 lbs throughout the shift
• Stand at your workstation and stay focused on repetitive, detail‑oriented tasks
• Meet safety, quality, and production standards every day

• Willingness to take direction, learn, and adapt
• Ability to work independently while still being a team player

⭐ Work Environment & Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
• Large, clean sheet‑metal facility with a dedicated assembly area
• Comfortable, organized workspace with a steady daily routine
• Small machine shop on‑site for additional support

This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
