Work Environment\n

This is a remote position with a focus on community outreach and clinical excellence. Your work schedule will generally run from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility necessary to meet patients' needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand each patient's unique history and treatment needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that emphasize trauma recovery, integration of coping strategies, and resilience-building.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), during both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Provide ongoing crisis intervention and support, empowering patients during trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families regarding trauma responses and effective coping mechanisms, enhancing their understanding of available resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation that adheres to all legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems proficiently.

• Engage in case consultations and team meetings, participating in continuous professional development focused on best practices in trauma care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to serve individuals who have experienced trauma, including those dealing with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Our patients come from diverse backgrounds and varying life experiences, and we strive to create tailored approaches that respect their individuality while addressing their mental health needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, Psychologist, or LMFT in the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred, ideally focused on trauma-informed care.

• Demonstrated understanding of trauma-related disorders and effective trauma-informed methodologies.

• Strong capability in delivering trauma-focused therapies, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• An ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations and effectively manage crises.

• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and adaptable in using various computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
