Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate clients' histories and treatment needs.
\n
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans to address trauma recovery, resilience, and overall mental health well-being.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions focused on providing coping strategies and processing traumatic experiences.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, integrated care for all patients.

• Equip clients and their families with knowledge regarding trauma responses and available resources tailored to their needs.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Actively participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development activities to enhance skills related to trauma-informed care.

Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are essential for this role:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
