Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students or interns in their Master’s programs, guiding them through the intricacies of clinical practice and ensuring they meet the requirements for licensure.

• Deliver psychotherapeutic services to a diverse clientele, facilitating sessions that may encompass individual therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy focused on various mental health issues.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and community resources to provide comprehensive care and support, ensuring every client’s needs are met holistically.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans that align with best practices and evidence-based methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adult clients facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.

• Current and valid state licensure (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) is required.

• Two years of relevant therapeutic experience in mental health, providing direct care or counseling services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, a sign-on bonus of $3,000 is available.
