Administrative Assistant Location: Ruston, LA Pay Rate: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour | Based on experience Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Keep Calm and Organize On If color-coded spreadsheets and inbox zero make your heart happy, this Administrative Assistant role is calling your name. You'll juggle calls, meetings, and projects with calm confidence while keeping things running smoother than morning coffee What You Bring to the Table Previous administrative experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently From Clock In to Clock Out Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner Manage front desk and greet visitors promptly and courteously Handle filing, maintain organized records, and process documentation Prepare deposits and assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) functions Enter and track work orders accurately Open and distribute incoming mail and manage outgoing correspondence Perform other general administrative duties as assigned We Take Care of the People Who Get It Done Pay That Makes Sense.
