Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, providing you with the flexibility to create your own schedule. However, you will be actively involved in our partnerships with local schools, which will allow you to engage directly with students and faculty to address mental health-related issues. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' mental health needs, integrating input from parents, teachers, and support staff.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Play Therapy.
\n
• Maintain accurate clinical records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all relevant legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychologists, educators, and other social workers, to provide holistic care.

• Educate and support students and their families about mental health resources and coping strategies, fostering a supportive environment.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed of the latest research and best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LICSW will primarily work with children and adolescents facing significant mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety disorders, and depression. You will have the opportunity to support these youth in developing coping mechanisms and emotional resilience while working toward their personal goals. By facilitating therapy in a school setting, you will help remove barriers to accessing mental health care and build strong relationships within the school community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LICSW license to practice in the state of Massachusetts.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with a focus on working with children and adolescents preferred.

• Proficiency in evidence-based psychotherapy techniques, particularly those suited for youth.
\n
• Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively engage with students, families, and team members.
\n
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to respond to dynamic situations in a school environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
