Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily responsibilities will include a variety of therapeutic activities aimed at helping clients manage and overcome emotional and behavioral disorders. Specific tasks include:

• Applying evidence-based mental health therapy techniques in both individual and group settings as necessary to meet patient treatment goals.

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to understand clients' needs and create effective initial discharge plans.
\n
• Facilitating individual, family, or group therapy sessions that align with each patient’s treatment plan while adapting strategies as needed.

• Developing initial treatment plans based on assessments, coordinating additional services, and revising plans when necessary to ensure comprehensive care.

• Maintaining up-to-date documentation of therapy services provided, in accordance with both facility requirements and professional standards.

• Managing an assigned caseload while participating in team treatment meetings to collaborate with other professionals for an integrated approach to patient care.

• Addressing client feedback with empathy and professionalism, and promptly working to resolve any unmet needs.

• Understanding that client safety is paramount, and taking necessary actions to ensure a safe therapeutic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following credentials:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Active state or national licensure for professional therapy providers—specifically LMFT, LPC, or LCSW—as recognized by the State of Arizona.

• Ability to engage with clients across a lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults.

Preferred Experience\n
