Work Environment

The Nurse Practitioner in this role will operate primarily onsite within our hospital setting. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and manage treatment plans for patients with cardiovascular conditions.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records in compliance with both healthcare regulations and internal quality standards.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration to achieve holistic and coordinated patient care, including discussing treatment plans with specialists and family members.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and therapies following established clinical guidelines, ensuring safe and effective treatment regimens.
• Monitor and manage chronic cardiovascular conditions such as hypertension, heart failure, and arrhythmias through regular follow-ups and adjustments to treatment plans.
• Implement education and preventive care measures, advising patients on lifestyle modifications and risk management strategies to improve heart health.

The NP will work with a broad range of patients suffering from various cardiovascular ailments, from chronic diseases like heart failure to acute conditions requiring immediate intervention. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $160,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications.
