Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly supervision sessions for practicum students pursuing clinical licensure, helping them navigate real-world challenges in the therapeutic landscape.

• Provide effective psychotherapy services remotely to individuals, couples, and families, using evidence-based practices tailored to clients' unique needs.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals and community resources to ensure holistic support for clients.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and client feedback.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in compliance with privacy regulations and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client base, encompassing various demographics, backgrounds, and mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required.

• Must possess a valid state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Professional liability insurance is required to protect your practice and clients.

• At least 2 years of relevant coaching or counseling experience is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience, with the potential to increase earnings through uncapped commission structures. A sign-on bonus of $3,000 is included for the right candidate.
