Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality clinical psychotherapy to adults, utilizing evidence-based practices to deliver effective interventions.

• Document client progress and treatment plans clearly and comprehensively, ensuring proper clinical record-keeping.

• Engage with clients through empathetic communication, creating a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.

• Tailor treatment approaches to meet the individual needs of clients, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to enhance personal development and share best practices with colleagues.

• Work closely with our administrative team, which handles marketing, patient scheduling, and billing, allowing you to concentrate solely on delivering therapeutic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on their lives through compassionate care tailored to their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from a regionally accredited institution.
\n
• An active license as a counselor, marriage and family therapist, or clinical social worker (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) without any disciplinary actions.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in providing clinical psychotherapy to adult patients.
\n
• Strong writing skills for detailed and accurate documentation of therapy sessions.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience implementing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and best practices in providing remote therapy.
\n
• Familiarity with diverse client populations and an understanding of cultural competence in therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, there is the potential for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
