This is a full-time remote position with a work schedule of 30-40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that include crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and medication management approaches, tailored to the specific needs of clients.

• Complete all documentation accurately and promptly to meet regulatory standards, contributing to the overall quality of care provided.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools to enhance the quality of client assessments and ongoing evaluations.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals to design and implement effective positive behavior support plans that improve client outcomes.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that our clinic maintains the highest standards of care.

• Engage with community partners, state agencies, and relevant service systems to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders to promote understanding and adherence to treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on serving a diverse population, including individuals battling mental health concerns, substance abuse issues, and developmental disabilities. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
