Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine the needs and strengths of each child, developing corresponding treatment plans.

• Participate actively in the creation and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), collaborating with other professionals and families to monitor progress and outcomes.

• Provide direct support and coaching to families, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to foster their child’s development through natural learning environments.

• Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations related to children's services and therapeutic practices.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based strategies to provide effective interventions tailored to diverse learning styles and developmental needs.

• Develop and maintain strong rapport with children, families, and team members to cultivate an open and trusting environment conducive to learning.

• Document all interactions and progress accurately, ensuring adherence to quality standards and protocols for health and safety.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on supporting children from birth to three years who exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. This role emphasizes early intervention services, which are crucial in addressing developmental milestones during this pivotal stage of life. Building a strong relationship with families is key to implementing successful strategies that promote a child’s physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
