Job Description

Mancans client, a high-end interior design firm, is looking for an Administrative Professional to support the Principal Designer and daily office operations. Responsibilities include scheduling, confidential information, client communication, travel, meetings, proposals, contracts, payment tracking, marketing support, and maintaining office and project records.The ideal candidate will have a professional appearance and positive attitude, with experience in an executive or administrative support role. The position also involves assisting with client events, special projects, trade shows, photography scheduling, and other day-to-day needs of the firm.
