Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized physical therapy care tailored to the unique needs of each patient, focusing on their recovery goals and enhancing their performance.
• Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring each patient receives personalized attention and comprehensive treatment.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to guide treatment decisions, employing evidence-based practices that reflect current research and methodologies.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patient motion, mobility, and overall functionality.
• Develop and maintain detailed care plans that incorporate diverse treatment techniques and modalities.
• Encourage patients through their rehabilitation journey by fostering a motivating and supportive atmosphere.
• Engage in continuous patient evaluation, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of patient progress using our EMR system, with proficiency in WebPT for seamless record-keeping.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote patient-centered care and holistic treatment approaches.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Pursuit of an active Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia, with a clean history devoid of any sanctions or board proceedings.

• Strong analytical skills, enabling the assessment of patient needs and adjusting treatments appropriately.

Preferred Experience

• Prior clinical experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting with proficiency in managing sports-related injuries.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) software, particularly WebPT.
• A track record of successful patient outcomes through tailored physical therapy interventions.

Compensation and Benefits
