Work Environment

You will work onsite at our well-equipped Rehabilitation Center in Arlington, VA, in a collaborative team atmosphere. With a commitment to providing exceptional care, our facility is designed to support the various needs of our patients. The center serves as a hub for innovative therapies, featuring state-of-the-art equipment and a team dedicated to patient wellness. Your typical workweek will involve a Monday to Friday schedule, totaling 40 hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians and develop tailored treatment plans that cater to their specific needs and conditions.
• Implement and modify treatment programs for various patient populations, ensuring the use of advanced techniques and evidence-based practices.
• Provide skilled therapeutic care at the facility, as well as in-home visits, adjusting treatment methods to align with the physician's plan of care.
• Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is essential to maximize patient outcomes, including regular discussions on progress and case management.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service, ensuring that patients feel supported and engaged during their therapeutic journey.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on treatment plans, self-management strategies, and therapeutic exercises to promote continuous improvement.
• Meet established utilization goals and contribute to the overall success and efficiency of the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility serves a diverse clientele including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients. Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy is required to practice in Virginia.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and team members.
• Proficiency in word processing and computer systems to manage documentation and patient records.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your skills and dedication, we offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
