Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate patients' physical abilities and needs following orthopedic procedures.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and ongoing patient evaluation.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy techniques and exercise programs, to enhance patient recovery and mobility.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, injury prevention strategies, and home exercise programs.
• Document patient responses and treatment interventions in our electronic medical records (EMR) system to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient files.

The primary focus of this role is on patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries and injuries. Our patient demographic includes individuals of all ages, from athletes to seniors, who are seeking rehabilitation for conditions such as post-operative recovery, sports injuries, fractures, and chronic pain. Qualifications

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Virginia Physical Therapy license or eligible for licensure.

Compensation and Benefits
