Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LPC, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Providing virtual therapy sessions to pre-screened clients, focusing on their specific challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with low-acuity clients, making it essential to develop innovative strategies that cater to their specific needs. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Current licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of Tennessee.

• Strong computer proficiency, especially with tools such as Google Suite and electronic health record systems (EHRs).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is required. Familiarity with virtual counseling techniques and evidence-based therapeutic practices will be advantageous in providing effective care. Experience working with low-acuity patients and familiarity with community mental health resources are also preferred.
