Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs through initial consultations and ongoing counseling sessions.

• Develop tailored treatment plans and therapeutic interventions to address individual client issues and goals.

• Regularly meet with clients to track their progress, adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary and empowering them with the skills and tools needed to manage their conditions.

• Refer clients to additional healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists or community resources, when multidisciplinary support is needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans within our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents and adults facing emotional and psychological challenges. Our clientele may include individuals navigating life transitions, those grappling with chronic mental health conditions, and clients seeking strategies to overcome stressors related to everyday life. Cultural competence is key to addressing the unique needs of each patient effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Must hold a current and valid state license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to practice as a mental health counselor.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapy in a mental health setting.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and culturally sensitive therapy practices.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills and the ability to navigate challenging interpersonal situations with calmness and professionalism.

• Proficient in electronic health record systems and digital communication tools, ensuring effective documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
