Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning for clients using evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate both group sessions and individual counseling, ensuring a maximum of 8 clients in group settings to foster strong therapeutic relationships.

• Participate in regular case consultations to collaborate with fellow clinicians and expand your skill set.
\n
• Maintain accurate and complete clinical documentation in compliance with organizational and legal standards.
\n
• Engage actively in continuous professional development through provided resources, including access to free Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
\n
• Actively build relationships with clients through empathetic engagement and focused therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on adolescents and young adults facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and suicidal ideation. We aim to provide a safe and supportive environment where clients can share their experiences and work towards their wellness goals. Each clinician plays a vital role in shaping the recovery journeys of this vulnerable population, directly impacting client outcomes and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of an independently licensed credential (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) or willingness to work under supervision for those in the process of acquiring licensure.

• Availability to work between 12 and 40 hours per week, according to the chosen contract type.
\n
• For contract positions, a minimum of 12 hours per week dedicated to group and individual sessions is expected; flexibility is encouraged.

• For W2 positions, full-time availability is required, including evenings and Saturdays to facilitate client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in telehealth or virtual counseling settings.

• Familiarity with cloud-based communication and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• A strong commitment to ethical practice and professional development.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, based on your level of experience and qualifications.
