Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to create tailored treatment plans.
• Implement treatment programs that encompass various specialties, focusing on orthopedic conditions.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive patient experience and contributing to the clinic's overall effectiveness.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare team members to maximize patient outcomes using evidence-based care strategies.
• Provide skilled therapeutic care directly in patients' homes when necessary, using techniques to align with the physician's plan of care.
• Educate and train patients and their caregivers about recovery processes and preventive measures.
• Meet key performance metrics and contribute to practical business objectives for overall practice success.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on treating a diverse patient population, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine clients. The successful candidate will be adept at connecting with patients of all ages, building rapport, and understanding their unique needs and goals. You will play a crucial role in guiding these individuals toward achieving optimal functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective patient interactions.
• Proficient in word processing and other computer skills required for documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
