Supremacy Body & Pain Center is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Cape Coral, Florida. Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our outpatient office in Cape Coral, providing a friendly and professional environment. Our office operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a consistent work-life balance. The setting is designed to facilitate multidisciplinary collaboration, and you will have the opportunity to work closely with a team of specialists to develop comprehensive care plans that meet the diverse needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth evaluations of patients with functional limitations or disabilities, utilizing clinical knowledge and assessment tools to inform treatment planning.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address specific patient needs based on evaluation findings, integrating contemporary rehabilitation practices.
• Perform ongoing assessments of patient progress, modifying treatment protocols as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions thoroughly in compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining accurate records of evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, providing insights and recommendations for integrated care strategies that enhance patient recovery.
• Participate in facility meetings and professional development sessions, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the practice.
• Uphold accountability in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring adherence to best practice standards in all patient-related activities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Supremacy Body & Pain Center, you will work primarily with orthopedic patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. This role requires not only clinical expertise but also empathy and active listening skills to effectively address the concerns and goals of each patient. You will facilitate rehabilitation in a way that empowers patients to take an active role in their recovery, improving their quality of life and functional abilities.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida, issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting, demonstrating an understanding of diverse treatment modalities and rehabilitation techniques.
• Current certification in CPR, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, creating integrated treatment plans.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly in documenting patient care while meeting compliance requirements.
• Strong background in delivering education and support to patients and families regarding therapy practices and self-management techniques.

Compensation and Benefits
