Agile Body Therapy & Home Care is seeking dedicated and passionate Physical Therapists to join our team in Cape Coral, Florida. This full-time position is responsible for providing exceptional rehabilitation services at our onsite facility. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, analyzing their medical history and physical status.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans designed to address patient-specific needs, ensuring alignment with physician directives.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training, to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor and document patient progress and reassess treatment plans regularly in accordance with evolving patient needs and objectives.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on home exercises, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications necessary for ongoing recovery.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on patient care strategies and enhance outcomes.
• Provide superior customer service, ensuring a friendly and supportive atmosphere for patients at all times.
• Meet or exceed productivity and utilization goals established by the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, and those requiring post-surgical rehabilitation. Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree from an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
• Possess a current Physical Therapy license for practice in the State of Florida.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association is required.
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively connect with patients and team members.
• Demonstrate proficiency in technology, including electronic medical records (EMR) and general office software.
• Have a passion for building strong patient relationships and a commitment to helping clients meet their functional goals.
• Willingness to engage with the local community to promote health and wellness initiatives.

Preferred Experience

Experience in a variety of settings, particularly in outpatient rehabilitation, is highly valued. Candidates who have a background in treating sports medicine, pediatric or geriatric populations will have an advantage. Familiarity with evidence-based practice and outcomes measurement tools is beneficial for this role.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with education and experience.
