The Physical Therapist will work onsite to deliver therapy services in the homes of our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in a home care setting, analyzing their conditions to formulate effective treatment plans.
• Implement diverse treatment methodologies, including targeted exercises, hands-on therapy, and the incorporation of specialized equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Continuously monitor and document each patient's progress, documenting treatments, outcomes, and adapting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
• Reassess patients regularly to redefine therapeutic goals, ensuring alignment with evolving recovery needs.
• Advise clients on the use of assistive devices to support their daily living and mobility, providing personalized training to patients, caregivers, and families.
• Maintain professional development by participating in workshops and connecting with professional networks to enhance technical expertise in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The role primarily serves a diverse patient population, including children, adults, and the elderly dealing with various conditions arising from injuries, surgeries, or chronic diseases. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy to practice in Florida.

Preferred Experience
