Senior Physical Therapist - Homecare (Full Time)

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality orthopedic rehabilitation services in the comfort of our patients' homes. This position is designed for onsite work, bringing care directly to our clients in their homes. Execute comprehensive patient evaluations to understand individual needs and medical history, guiding the development of customized treatment plans.

Implement hands-on interventions, exercises, and modalities tailored to enhance musculoskeletal performance, adapting approaches based on client progress and feedback.

Educate patients and their families on at-home rehabilitation exercises, self-management strategies, and preventative care techniques to encourage active participation in recovery.

Collaboratively engage with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care and address any comorbid conditions that may impact rehabilitation outcomes.

Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards, ensuring seamless communication and continuity of care.

In this role, you will primarily serve patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, or chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Active Florida state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.

A minimum of three years of clinical experience, which may include internships, residencies, and professional practice, focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation.

In-depth knowledge of orthopedic conditions, pain management strategies, and advanced manual therapy techniques.

Experience with various therapeutic modalities, including ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and therapeutic exercise programming.
